AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Horoscope TV ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the https://horoscope.tv website and our mobile applications (collectively, the "Service").

We are a Canadian company headquartered in Toronto, ON.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and you must discontinue use immediately.

• For Entertainment Purposes Only: All content provided on the Service, including astrology reports, horoscopes, charts, and data, is for entertainment purposes only.
• No Professional Advice: The Service does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, or safety advice. You should not rely on any information found on the Service to make decisions regarding your health, finances, legal standing, or safety.

The Service is intended solely for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use or register for the Service.

3. ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

To access certain features (e.g., saving reports, ad-free experience), you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
2. Maintain the security of your password and account.
3. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

• Website Subscriptions: Payments for subscriptions purchased via the website are processed by Stripe. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
• Mobile Subscriptions: Subscriptions purchased via our Apps are managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). These transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party platforms. We do not have access to your billing details for these transactions.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise indicated, the Service is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Service (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make the Service available. Prohibited activities include:

• Systematically retrieving data (scraping) to create a collection or database.
• Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security-related features.
• Harassing, annoying, intimidating, or threatening any of our employees or agents.
• Using the Service to advertise or offer to sell goods and services.

7. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or display advertisements (via Google AdSense or AdMob). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed in such third-party websites. Interaction with these ads or sites is at your own risk.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit or lost data, arising from your use of the Service.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada. You irrevocably consent that the courts of Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
