If your willpower is not very strong right now, you should remember that not everything is focused around your particular frame of reference. Try harder to work through conflicts and do not allow others to provoke you. You should also try to be a little more reserved in expressing your opinions; otherwise you will only exasperate those you work with. Do not allow responses to irritate you, and always learn from your mistakes.
